They felt that the right response was to not add a parking area next to the property, in order to keep a more congruous neighborhood space. Entry space will be in the corner. Upstairs, like all of the second floors, will be built so bookstacks can go ANYWHERE in plan - a key programming feature. Designed for perpetuity. Staff will be right at the top of the second story stairs so there are immediately visible. No dead corners. Functions that dont need windows in the core of the upstairs space.
